An ultra-widefield fundus photograph and a fundus autofluorescence (FAF) image of a patient with Stargardt disease. An area of foveal atrophy shows decreased FAF. No characteristic flecks are evident on the photograph but easily recognizable areas of increased FAF were detected (arrows).
